Specializing in Relationship & Intimacy Therapy

Virtual Online Therapy serving all of California

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to seek support takes immense courage, and I want you to know that you do not have to walk this path alone. I build deep, trusting connections with my clients, and I am committed to being by your side every single step of the way as you navigate your healing journey.

My Experience & Background

Over the course of my practice, I have had the privilege of working with a wonderfully diverse range of individuals, couples, and families. My clinical experience spans working with kids, teens, adults, partners, and entire family units. I specialize in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, navigating ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and diverse relational dynamics, and untangling complex family structures. No matter how your life, your identity, or your relationships are structured, you will find a safe, affirming, and deeply knowledgeable space here.

What I Believe

My therapeutic practice is built on a few core, unshakeable truths:

  • You are inherently worthy of love: I believe fiercely that every single person is worthy of giving and receiving love, exactly as they are.

  • Authenticity is welcome here: I invite you to show up as authentically as you want—messy, raw, or uncertain. In return, I promise to show up with you as my real, human self.

  • You can have the life you desire: We often get stuck in our own way due to past trauma, fear, or old patterns. Together, we will clear those blocks so you can claim what you truly want.

My ultimate commitment is to help you love yourself and your life, whether you are discovering that feeling for the very first time or fighting to find it again. We will work hand-in-hand to quiet the anxiety, heal the fractures in your relationships, and restore harmony to your home. You deserve to thrive, and I am here to help you make it happen.

When you are living with trauma and anxiety, everyday life can feel like an exhausting uphill battle. These challenges don’t just live in your mind—they physically sit in your body and heavily impact how you connect with the people you love.

You might find yourself nodding along to experiences like these:

Does this sound like you?

  • Living on high alert:
You feel constantly jumpy, tightly wound, or like you are perpetually waiting for the "other shoe to drop."

  • An overactive inner critic:
Your mind constantly rewrites worst-case scenarios, replays past memories, or tells you that you aren't safe.

  • Physical exhaustion:
You struggle with a racing heart, shallow breathing, or a body that feels completely drained yet totally unable to rest.

  • Feeling numb or detached:
You occasionally feel disconnected from your own body, your feelings, or the people around you as a way to cope with overwhelm.

  • Losing your boundaries:
You find yourself people-pleasing or over-extending to avoid conflict, out of a deep fear of rejection or abandonment.

  • Avoiding the heavy stuff:
You steer clear of certain places, hard conversations, or social situations because the emotional toll just feels too heavy.

You are not alone. The burden is not just yours to bear, together we can build strong, loving, intimate, and lasting relationships.

A Little Bit About Me

Trust me, I am just like you in so many ways. I struggle with life at times too. I have ADHD, I’m dyslexic, I have been a single teen mother, I have held multiple jobs at once just to provide for me and my kids. I have had my series of bad relationships and it seemed like I had no clue how to do this thing called LIFE. And yet, here I am, still trying. And nope, I have’t figured everything out yet.

The beauty of my journey is that I learned a lot about myself, my limitations, my inability to hold boundaries, my patterns in bad relationships and how I never learned to show up for myself. I could be everything and anything for everyone else, but myself.

I’m not perfect nor do I expect you to be perfect. We are all learning how to do this life thing together, this is my first time on earth and I wasn’t given instructions on how to have the perfect life. But what is life, without mess? What is life, without lessons? What is life, without pain? What is life without growth?

I am a Veteran. I have worked as a child abuse investigator in San Diego and Riverside County. I have been a foster care social worker and also a therapist at a group home. I have worked in various therapeutic settings and offices working with adults, couples, families and children, throughout my professional career. I have seen a lot, heard a lot, and have experienced more than I should have.

I am here to help you find the strength to go on one more day. I am here to help you feel more connected to yourself and your loved ones. I am here to help you stop feeling trapped by your own thoughts and feelings. I am here to help you spice up your life. I am here for you, whatever the need.
